Online registration, using the conference registration form, is mandatory for conference attendance. All participants must register until the final registration day.
Each paper must have a registration for presentation of the paper at the conference and for inclusion of the same in the proceedings (maximum 1 paper/registered author/fee).
AQTR offers several ways for payment:
- Paying with credit card
- Card payment is not available at the registration desk.
- Online payment is offered through the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca's UNITECH Foundation Cluj and Banca Transilvania.
- Have your credit card ready, when you start the registration process.
- Please remember to write your social event choice, in the registration form comments: either "Zumba", or "City trip".
- Register and pay online, using the conference registration form.
- Paying by wire transfer
- Pay by wire transfer, using the bank account details below. On the payment order, do not forget to specify "AQTR 2026 conference fee for write here the paper ID(s) from EasyChair, e.g. 3, 7" (NOT the ID from PDF eXpress).
- Scan the payment proof (JPG, GIF, PNG or PDF, max. 5MB), to upload it in the registration form.
- Please remember to write your social event choice, in the registration form comments: either "Zumba", or "City trip".
- Register and upload the payment proof online, using the conference registration form.
