Posters will be displayed on designated boards during the assigned poster sessions. Adhesive tape for mounting will be provided on-site.
Authors must print their posters in advance and bring them to the conference on the day of their assigned session. On-site printing is not available.
No official poster template is provided; authors are expected to follow standard academic poster design practices. Numerous well-designed examples are freely available online for reference.
At least one author must be present at the poster during the assigned session to engage with attendees.
